    My personal data — including name, contact phone number, email address, and age — is processed solely for the purposes of appointment scheduling, communication with me, confirmation or modification of bookings, maintaining medical and administrative records, and improving the quality of patient care.

  2. Scope of Data
    The Clinic collects only the minimum information necessary for the stated purposes.
    The Clinic does not collect Emirates ID, passport details, financial, or insurance information through the website or application.

  3. Data Storage and Protection
    All personal data is stored exclusively on secure servers located within the United Arab Emirates and is processed in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE Personal Data Protection Law — PDPL) and the regulations of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
    The Clinic implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  4. Disclosure to Third Parties
    My personal data may be shared only with:

    • authorized medical and administrative personnel of the Clinic when necessary for healthcare delivery or appointment management;

    • UAE governmental authorities when disclosure is legally required;

    • authorized service providers (such as IT or communication vendors) acting on behalf of the Clinic, under strict confidentiality obligations and only for legitimate operational purposes.
      In all other cases, personal data will not be disclosed to any third party.

  5. Data Retention
    My data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable UAE law and DHA medical record retention regulations.

  6. Patient Rights
    In accordance with the PDPL, I have the right to:

    • request confirmation of data processing;

    • obtain a copy of my personal data;

    • request correction of inaccurate information;

    • withdraw my consent at any time by notifying the Clinic in writing;

    • request deletion of my data when it is no longer required for processing, except where retention is required by law.
