I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Yana for her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine engagement with the patient's needs. After a long period of treatment, during which I was constantly prescribed antibiotics, which, unfortunately, were ineffective, I had almost given up hope of finding a truly effective solution. Dr. Yana was the first doctor who didn't take the standard approach of immediately re-prescribing antibiotics, but instead began to understand the root cause of the problem and select alternative treatment methods. It's incredibly valuable that the doctor genuinely tries to help, closely monitors my condition, and seeks a personalized approach.
