Do you perform removal of moles, papillomas, and skin growths?

Yes. We remove lesions using laser, liquid nitrogen, or an electrosurgical knife, depending on the type of formation. If there is any doubt about its nature, a biopsy followed by histological analysis is performed to exclude cancer and choose the right treatment strategy.

Can I have my moles examined without removal?

Of course. Our doctors perform dermatoscopy and assess each mole using international diagnostic criteria. Laboratory tests or biopsy may be recommended when needed. This allows safe monitoring without unnecessary procedures and removal only when medically indicated.

Do you treat chronic skin diseases?

Yes. We manage patients with eczema, psoriasis, atopic and seborrheic dermatitis, and other chronic skin conditions. Each case is treated individually using topical and systemic therapy, phototherapy, and maintenance care. Related specialists (allergologist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist) are involved if needed.

How do you treat acne and post-acne?

Treatment begins with a consultation and clinical assessment by a doctor. Additional investigations are prescribed individually when indicated. Depending on the type and severity of acne, treatment may include topical and systemic therapy, adjustments to home skincare, and other methods. Once active inflammation is under control, a separate treatment plan may be developed, when necessary, to address post-acne pigmentation, vascular changes, and scarring using appropriate device-based and other methods.

Do you treat hair loss?

Yes. Patients with hair loss undergo a consultation and assessment of the hair and scalp, including trichoscopy. When necessary, the doctor may recommend additional investigations to identify possible causes of hair loss. Treatment is selected individually according to the diagnosis and may include medication, adjustments to home care, and PRP therapy when indicated. Progress is assessed during follow-up consultations and, when necessary, with repeat trichoscopy.

Do you treat children and teenagers?

Yes. Our doctors have experience working with children of all ages, including newborns. We treat atopic dermatitis, allergies, skin infections, teenage acne, and other conditions in a comfortable, child-friendly environment.

Can I have a full skin check-up?

Yes. We offer a comprehensive skin assessment, including dermatology consultation, dermatoscopy, and, if necessary, tests and biopsy. The check-up helps detect skin issues early and develop an effective prevention plan.

Do you work with insurance?

Yes. Polyclinic.ae accepts most insurance plans through direct billing. This means that consultations, diagnostics, and some procedures may be covered by your insurance company, without additional expenses.

Do you provide cosmetic dermatology services?

Yes. Cosmetic dermatology is a dedicated area of our clinic. We offer botulinum toxin injections, fillers, mesotherapy, biorevitalization, chemical peels, PRP for face and scalp, and BBL phototherapy. All procedures are performed by dermatologists with specialized training in cosmetology.

Who performs the procedures?

Procedures at the clinic are performed by doctors and a Beauty Therapist in accordance with their professional qualifications and scope of practice. Before medical procedures, the doctor assesses the condition of the skin, indications and possible contraindications, and recommends an appropriate treatment method.
