Integrative & Functional Gynecology
A personalized approach to women’s health, hormones, and quality of life
Everything about women’s health — in one coordinated approach
Integrative Gynecology at Polyclinic.ae combines evidence-based gynecology, Functional Medicine, and the principles of Anti-Age and Longevity Medicine. We don’t focus on symptoms alone — we work with the underlying biological drivers behind hormonal imbalance, chronic inflammation, microbiome disruption, low energy, and age-related changes.
This approach supports women at every stage of life — from hormone-related concerns and chronic fatigue to preconception planning and menopause care.
- Functional Medicine helps identify root causes and restore the body’s ability to self-regulate.
- Anti-Age Medicine focuses on mitochondrial energy, hormonal synchrony, and tissue quality.
- Longevity Medicine emphasizes prevention and preserving health, energy, and function long-term.
We use a broad range of modern laboratory and functional tests — from advanced hormone panels and estrogen metabolism assessment to microbiome analysis and genetic polymorphisms (including DUTCH and other tests when clinically indicated). Based on results, we build personalized protocols that may include: nutrition, targeted nutrient repletion, deficiency correction, IV therapy when indicated, lifestyle strategies, and precise medication and hormone therapy selection.
