- Planned the future smile using a wax-up and mock-up.
- Prepared tooth 1.1 for a ceramic crown and teeth 1.2, 2.1, and 2.2 for veneers with minimal enamel reduction.
- Completed digital scanning, placed temporary restorations, and then approved the shape and shade of the permanent restorations.
- At the third visit, bonded the ceramic crown and three veneers.
