Problem
The patient presented with several missing teeth in the posterior regions, extensive tooth damage and wear, reduced bite height, and concerns about the shape, colour, and overall aesthetics of her smile.
Solution
- Performed a comprehensive assessment and developed a phased aesthetic and functional rehabilitation plan.
- Completed the necessary restorative preparation of the remaining teeth.
- Placed Straumann implants in the areas of the missing teeth.
- Fitted four zirconia crowns on the implants.
- Fabricated and placed 11 E-max ceramic veneers and 11 zirconia crowns.
- As a result, the bite height was restored, the tooth colour was changed to Bleach 2, and the missing teeth were replaced.
