Thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and prolactin assessment for men and women
When the cause may be hormonal
Unexplained weight change, ongoing fatigue and a general sense of feeling unwell are common reasons to suspect a hormonal imbalance. Developed in response to patient demand, this screening evaluates thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal function alongside prolactin, and is suitable for both men and women. Sex hormones are not included here — those are covered separately in our gynaecology and urology programmes.
Your Results
An answer to whether a hormonal imbalance is behind how you’ve been feeling — at a dedicated follow-up consultation, your GP reviews the results and, if needed, refers you to an endocrinologist with a personalised plan.
Format of the course

blood is drawn on-site, fasting and preferably in the morning, for an accurate cortisol reading
