The course combines advanced physiotherapy equipment with personalised therapeutic exercises, carefully selected based on your diagnosis, symptoms, and recovery goals — for a safe, structured, and measurable result.

Each 50-minute session may include a personalised combination of:

Who provides the treatment?

How to book

To begin physiotherapy, we recommend a first visit with a doctor (Orthopaedic Specialist, Neurologist, or GP), who will identify the underlying cause of pain, recommend diagnostics, and refer you to physiotherapy. All required investigations (X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI) can be done directly at Polyclinic.ae. If you already have a doctor’s report and test results, simply contact our team — we will confirm whether you can book directly with the physiotherapist.
