At Polyclinic.ae, we’ve created a warm and welcoming environment where children of all ages feel safe and cared for.
Our team includes two experienced Russian-speaking paediatricians who look after children from birth to 18 years of age, as well as a paediatric neurologist who monitors healthy development milestones.We also offer consultations with all key paediatric doctors — including dentists, ENT doctors, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, urologists and surgeons.
All diagnostic services — EEG, ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray and laboratory testing — are available in-house for your convenience.

- When should I take my child to see a doctor?

At Polyclinic.ae, we recommend visiting a paediatrician for both preventive care and any concerning symptoms.
For infants:
- Restlessness, frequent crying or poor sleep
- Slow weight gain
- Fever
- Allergic reactions (rash, redness)
- Persistent cough or runny nose
- Unusual discharge from eyes, ears, or genitals
For older children:
- Pain (headache, stomach ache, joint pain)
- Loss of appetite or fatigue
- Digestive problems (constipation, diarrhoea)
- Frequent colds or infections
- Suspected contagious illnesses (chickenpox, rotavirus, etc.)

The clinic also has a kids’ play area, so your child can relax while waiting for their appointment. - Do we need regular check-ups?

Yes, we recommend visiting a paediatrician once or twice a year, even if your child is healthy.

We provide continuous care and regular follow-ups to support long-term health and wellbeing. - What if my child gets sick at night?

In urgent situations (high fever, seizures, breathing difficulties), please call 998 or visit the nearest Emergency Department.
If it’s not critical, our paediatricians are available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends.
Home visits are also available upon request. - Can you issue a vaccination record for school?

Yes. Our paediatricians can prepare an official vaccination card for school or nursery.
If your child received vaccines abroad, please bring the previous record — we’ll update the schedule accordingly.

The insurance company reviews each case individually, depending on the insurance coverage and diagnosis. Usually, they approve only the necessary services related to the diagnosis. Please check the details with your insurance company or the clinic manager.
Some services prescribed by the doctor may require separate approval from the insurance company. The doctor and clinic administration will gladly answer all your questions during the appointment.
